Welcome to PhotoYapp – "Ultra Realistic HD Quality Cinematic Portraits" created using our AI-powered mobile app. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use PhotoYapp ("App").

1. Data Collection

We respect your privacy. PhotoYapp collects the minimum data necessary to provide its services, such as:

• Photos you upload: Processed by our AI to generate portraits.
• User identifiers: Stored locally or for subscription/credit management.
• Payment information: Handled securely through platform billing (Apple IAP or Google Play).

We do not share your photos or personal information with third parties except for secure AI processing and purchase validation.

2. In-App Purchases & Credits

PhotoYapp uses a credit-based system for AI transformations. Credits are purchased through Apple’s official In-App Purchase (IAP) system on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android, both managed via RevenueCat. RevenueCat securely handles purchase validation and subscription management on behalf of PhotoYapp. We do not store or have access to your complete payment details.

All purchases are processed through your Apple ID or Google Play account and comply with each store’s policies.

3. Photo Storage & Deletion

Uploaded photos are used solely to create AI portraits. All uploaded and processed images are automatically deleted after 15 days from our servers. Users can also manually delete both uploaded and transformed images at any time from within the app. You may request earlier deletion anytime by contacting us.

4. Your Privacy

You are in control of your data. Uploaded images and user information are only used to provide the AI portrait service and purchase validation. Data is not sold, shared, or used for advertising.

5. Face Data & Camera Usage

PhotoYapp uses the device camera solely to capture photos for AI-based portrait transformations.

• We do not detect, analyze, or collect any biometric or facial recognition data.
• The captured photo remains on the user’s device unless the user manually uploads it for transformation.
• Uploaded photos are processed securely on our servers only for portrait generation purposes.
• Processed and uploaded images are automatically deleted after 15 days. Users can also manually delete their uploaded or transformed images at any time from within the app.
• No facial data or images are ever shared with third parties for any purpose.

All processing complies with Apple’s and Google’s privacy and data-protection guidelines. We do not use any form of facial recognition or biometric analysis in our app.
